清宫消炎栓提取工艺优选

摘    要:目的:用正交实验优选清宫消炎栓中苦参等药材水提醇沉的最佳工艺条件。方法:采用正交设计法,以苦参碱、氧化苦参碱含量为考察指标,对清宫消炎栓中君药苦参水提取的煎煮时间、煎煮次数、加水倍量三因素进行优选研究。结果:苦参等药材水提取工艺优选结果为A2B3C2,即药材煎煮3次,加8倍水,每次煎煮1.5 h;醇沉前药液浓缩至原药材1 g·mL-1药液,醇沉至乙醇含量为70%。结论:煎煮次数是影响苦参中苦参碱、氧化苦参碱提取的主要因素,经验证,优选工艺重现性好,稳定可行,适合工业化生产。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the extraction technique of Qinggongxiaoyan Suppository.Methods:The extraction technique was optimized by orthogonal experimental design and the contents of matrine and oxymatrine were used as the inspecting marks.Results:The optimal extraction technique was that the material was extracted with water whose volume was 8 times than that of the material for 3 times and lasting 1.5 h for each time.Conclusion:The times for extraction is the main parameter affecting the contents of matrine and oxymatrine.
