Abstract:The article introduces the practice in carrying out the examination of general annual target management in department/division in ahospital and explores the indicators and method for examining yearend annual performance of professional of department/division in hospital, thepurpose is to establish scientific, equitable and fair-minded performance examining system that meets the need of modern hospital management andeconomic requirement for medical service market to promote comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of hospital.
