丙泊酚联合曲马多在原发性高血压患者无痛胃镜中的应用研究

目的研究丙泊酚复合曲马多在原发性高血压患者无痛胃镜检查中的可行性和安全性。方法选择60例原发性高血压患者为麻醉镇静组作无痛胃镜检查,60例常规检查组作为对照。主要观察两组胃镜检查前、后的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率、脉搏氧饱和度(SPO2)等指标,并进行统计学分析。结果麻醉镇静组检查前、后SBP、DBP、心率、SPO2均有变化。麻醉镇静组用药后SPO2下降(P<0.05);SBP、DBP下降(P<0.01);心率下降(P<0.05),说明联合用药有效。常规检查组检查后SPO2略下降,差异无统计学意义;SBP、DBP升高(P<0.01);心率加快(P<0.05)。结论丙泊酚复合曲马多应用于原发性高血压患者无痛胃镜检查是可行、安全的,值得临床进一步推广。

Study of propofol combined with tramadol on analgesia gastroscope in hyperpietics

Objective To study the feasibility and security of using propofol combined with tramadol when patients with high blood pressure is given painless gastroscopy.MethodsTo choose 60 patients with high blood pressure as a narcotic group,giving them painless gastroscopy,another 60 patients as a normal group.To compare their SBP,DBP,HR and SPO2 before and after the check,then to do statistical analysis.ResultsIn narcotic group,SPO2 and HR dropped(P<0.05),SBP and DBP dropped(P<0.01),which means combined medicine is effective.In normal group,SPO2 dropped a little,which is not significant,SBP and DBP rose(P<0.01),HR quickened(P<0.05).ConclusionTaking propofol combined with tramadol in painless gastroscopy is feasible and secure.It is worth being popularized in clinic.
