异位妊娠保守治疗适应症的探讨

目的探讨血HCG水平≥2000U/L,附件包块直径＞4cm的异位妊娠患者,予以甲氨喋呤保守治疗安全性及可行性.方法选择要求保守治疗的、血HCG水平≥2000U/L或和附件包块直径＞4cm的异位妊娠患者46例,为研究组:选择同期要求保守治疗的、血水平＜2000U/L或和附件包块直径≤4cm的异位妊娠患者38例,为对照组:两组均用甲氨蝶呤作保守治疗.结果两组疗效比较,两组疗效无显著性差异(P＞0.05),两组均未明显副反应.结论用甲氨蝶呤作保守治疗对血HCG水平2000-7000U/L或和附件包块直径4～7cm的异位妊娠患者是安全可行的,但要排除特殊部位的异位妊娠.

Probing Into Adaptability of Hetero-gravid Conservative Therapy

Objective Probing into safety and feasibility of conservative therapy for hetero-gravid woman with over 2000U/L HCG blood content or over 4cm diameter Hetero-gravid adenoids. Methods 46hetero-gravid women(patients) approving for conservative therapy, over 2000U/L blood HCG and/or over 4cm diameter of Hetero-gravid Adenoids shall set up therapy team; 38 hetero-gravid women(patients) urgently requesting for conservative therapy, over 2000IU/Lbllod HCG and/or over 4cm diameter of Hetero-gravid Adenoids shall set up comparison team; two teams are both under conservative therapy by Methotrexate. Results Pis over 0.05 with little difference in curative effect, together with no obvious side effect. Conclusions It is safe and feasible for hetero-gravid women with 2000-7000U/L and 4-7cm diameter Hetero-gravid Adenoids to use conservative therapy by Methotrexate, however, it precludes some special body part of hetero-gravid woman.
