县、镇(乡)、村三级医疗机构消毒卫生状况及相关因素分析

目的]调查基层医疗机构消毒卫生状况，对相关因素进行分析。方法]现场采样检测物品表面、手、空气、使用中消毒剂的微生物污染情况，并对结果进行分析。结果]医务人员的文化程度、年龄结构、紫外灯的安装与总体采样合格率都具有一定的相关性。结论]消毒卫生知识的提高和意识的强化以及消毒卫生硬件环境的.改善和行政监督的加强是保证消毒效果的重要因素。

STUDY ON THE STATUS QUO AND RELATED FACTORS OF DISINFECTION HYGIENE AMONG PRIMARY MEDICAL ESTABLISHMENTS OF THREE GRADES

Objective] To investigate the status of disinfection hygiene among primary meidcal establislunent of three grades including county, town and village, and analyze the related factors. Methods ] The key indexes of disinfection efficacy were detected and analyzed, including the microbial contamination of objective surface, the hands of medical staff and using disinfectant, the status of air disinfection. Results] Certified rate had obvious correlation with educational background, age makeup, equipping rate of UV light. Conclusions] The key factors of ensuring the disinfection efficacy of primary medical establishments are strengthening the medical staffs knowledge and consciousness of hospital infection, improving hardware setting of disinfection hygiene and strengthening administrative supervision.
