湛江市坡头区2004-2006年麻疹流行病学分析

目的了解广东省湛江市坡头区三年来麻疹流行情况和发病特征,为麻疹防控策略的制订提供依据。方法根据现场流行病学、血清学资料及收集2000-2006年相关的预防接种资料进行调查、分析。结果2004-2006年坡头区报告疑似麻疹病例71例,确诊59例,三年发病率分别是2.8659/10万、0.5718/10万、13.209/10万;4-5月为发病高峰;最小发病年龄为4个月龄,最大年龄34岁。结论湛江市坡头区2004-2006年存在麻疹流行,7-16岁的青少年是主要的发病人群。
