| 307例癌症患者的血清SF、CEA的测定分析 |

| 摘 要： | 测定３０７例癌症患者血清ＳＦ值和ＣＥＡ值水平，结果表明，癌症患者ＳＦ值和ＣＥＡ值水平明显高于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０１），提示，检测血清中ＳＦ和ＣＥＡ对癌症的辅助诊断具有重要的价值，二种联合检测可以提高诊断率。

| Abstract: | The serum SF and CEA levels were determined in 307 cases of cancers. The results showed that the levels of SF and CEA in patients with cancer were higher than that of controls (P<0.01). It suggested that SF and CEA may be used as parameters in the diagnosis of cancers. There are significant improvement in the confirmed diagnosis with two markers combined. |
