不同剂量阿扎司琼预防乳腺癌改良根治术后恶心呕吐的效果比较

目的比较不同剂量阿扎司琼预防女性乳腺癌改良根治术患者术后恶心呕吐(PONV)的临床效果。方法择期全麻下行乳腺癌改良根治术的女性患者150例,ASAⅠ或Ⅱ级。随机分为3组:A组、B组手术结束前20 min分别静注阿扎司琼5 mg和10 mg,C组给予相同容量生理盐水。观察术后24 h内患者恶心呕吐发生率、恶心严重程度和不良反应。结果术后24 h内A组、B组PONV发生率无显著性差异,但均显著低于C组(P均<0.01)。A组、B组需要补救治疗者明显少于C组(P均<0.01)。3组均无严重不良反应发生。结论阿扎司琼5 mg即可有效降低全麻下乳腺癌改良根治术患者PONV发生率。

Comparison of the effects of different doses of Azasetron for prevention of nausea and vomiting following modified radical mastectomy

Objective It is to compare the clinical effects of different doses of Azasetron for preventing postoperative nausea and vomiting(PONV) in patients after radical mastectomy.Methods 150 female patients,ASAⅠorⅡ,scheduled for modified radical mastectomy under general anesthesia were randomly divided into 3 groups: group A and B were given Azasetron 5 mg and 10 mg respectively by intravenous injection 20 minutes before the end of surgery,group C was given the same dosage of normal saline.Incidence and intensity of PONV and adverse events were observed within 24 h after the operation.Results There was no significant difference between group A and B in the incidence of PONV within 24 h,but both of which were lower than that in group C(P<0.01).Patients in group A and B required rescue antiemetic therapy were less than those in group C(P<0.01).No serious adverse events were observed in any group.Conclusion Azasetron 5 mg is effective for reducing the incidence of PONV in female patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy.
