全瓷修复体残余应力的有限元分析

摘    要:目的:研究全瓷修复基底瓷与修饰瓷材料在高温烧结后冷却过程中残余应力的分布规律和影响因素,为临床预防全瓷修复体的损坏提供依据.方法:参考ISO96936:1999标准建立全瓷修复试样的有限元模型,对修复试样高温烧结后冷却过程中,在粘弹性和弹性不同阶段形成的残余应力进行分析,以准确描述全瓷修复试样残余应力的分布.结果:全瓷修复试样在冷却过程中基底瓷收缩变形大于修饰瓷.趋向基底瓷与修饰瓷界面,残余应力随温度降低逐渐增大;随着修饰瓷层厚度增加,界面处残余应力值逐渐减小.结论:基底瓷与修饰瓷材料热膨胀系数的差异,对于全瓷修复体残余应力分布以及修复体寿命有重要的影响, 应严格控制.全瓷材料的粘弹性对于准确分析残余应力分布有十分重要作用.
