| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨尿Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)在早期诊断糖尿病肾病(DN)中的价值。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测89例2型糖尿病患者及83例正常人尿Ⅳ-C浓度,采用放射免疫法(RI A)检测24h尿白蛋白排泄(UAE)水平。结果:尿Ⅳ-C浓度在不同性别和年龄阶段没有差别,在糖尿病患者明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且随着病程的延长其浓度亦增加,糖尿病患者尿Ⅳ-C浓度与UAE有相关性(P<0.01)。结论:尿Ⅳ-C可作为早期诊断糖尿病肾病的良好指标,与UAE有很好的相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective :To investigate the early diagnostic value of urinary typeI Vcollagen (urinary IV-C) in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy(DN) .Method :Concentrations of urinary I V-C in 89 patients and 83normal controls were detected by ELISA, urinary albumin excretion( UAE) was detected by RI A.Results :No difference of concentrations ofurinary I V-C was detected in different gender and different age ;concen-trations of urinary I V-Cin DMgroup were much higher than that of con-trol normal group and elevated withthe duration of DM;good correlationwas detected between urinary I V-C and UAE.Conclusion:Urinary I V-Ccan be act as a good mark for early diagnosis of DNand it exhibits goodcorrelation with UAE. |
