摘    要:大鼠腹腔分别注射阿托品(10mg/kg),东莨菪碱(10mg/kg)和B—7601(15mg/kg)可引起血浆cGMP含量明显减少(P<0.05)。血浆cAMP有所增加,但无显著性意义(P>0.05)。阿托品显著地增加cAMP/cGMP比值(P<0.05)。东莨菪碱、B—7601可增加cAMP/cGMP比值,但无显著性差异。

Abstract:Separate i. P. injection of atropine (10mg/kg), scopolamine (10mg/kg) and B-7601 (15mg/kg) into rats caused a significant decrease in the concentration of plasma cycli cGMP (P<0.05) and an insignificant increase in the concentration of plasma cyclic AMP (p>0.05). Atropine caused a significant increase of the ratio cAMP/cGMP (P<0.05). Separate scopolamine and B-7601 caused insignificant increase of cAMP/cGMP (p>0.05).
