妇炎洗液质量标准研究

摘    要:目的建立妇炎洗液质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对处方中蛇床子、苦参、虎杖、黄柏进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定蛇床子素含量。结果在TLC色谱中检出蛇床子、苦参、虎杖、黄柏;蛇床子素进样量在4.9~29.4μg·mL^-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998;平均回收率97.08%,RSD为1.66%。结论所建立的方法简便可行,重现性好,为妇炎洗液质量控制提供了方法。

Abstract:Objective To establish the quality standard for Fuyan lotion. Methods Fructus Cnidii, Radix Sophorae Flavescentis, Rhizoma Et Radix Polygoni Cuspidati, and Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis were indentified by TLC. The content of Osthole was determined by HPLC. Results Fructus Cnidii, Radix Sophorae Flavescentis, Rhizoma Et Radix Polygoni Cuspidati, and Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis could be detected by TLC. Osthole showed a good linear relationship at 4. 9-29.4 μg · mL^-1; r=0. 999 8. The average recovery was 97.08%, and RSD was 1.66%. Conclusion The established method is simple, feasible and reproducible. The established quality standard can be used for the quality control of this lotion.
