丹参地上部分总丹参酮提取工艺和吸附树脂的筛选研究

摘    要:目的:研究丹参地上部分总丹参酮的提取工艺和筛选吸附树脂。方法:以总丹参酮的含量为指标,采用正交实验法研究提取工艺;以总丹参酮吸附率、解吸率为指标,采用树脂静态吸附、解吸附实验法筛选吸附树脂。结果:丹参地上部分总丹参酮的最佳提取工艺为: 90 %乙醇12倍量回流提取2次,每次1.5 h;D101-1树脂对丹参地上部分总丹参酮吸附和解吸附效果最好。结论:该工艺能较好的提取、分离和富集丹参地上部分总丹参酮。

Abstract:Objective: To study the optimum conditions for the extraction of total tanshinones from above-ground portion of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and to screen the optimum macroporous resin. Method: the content of total tanshinone was used as the index, extraction process was evaluated by the orthogonal design, Using absorption and desorption rates of total tanshinone as the screening indexes, five resins were selected. Result: The optimal condition was added 12 times 90 % alcohol for 2 times and 1.5 hours for each time, The optimum macroporous resins was D101-1. Conclusion The process can extract and concentrate the total tanshinone from above-ground portion of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae.
