| 摘 要： | 目的 优选芩翘抗感颗粒提取工艺。方法 以干膏量、黄芩苷提取量为评价指标，选择加水量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素，利用正交试验L9(34)确定了芩翘抗感颗粒的水提取工艺。结果 最佳提取工艺为加水8倍量，煎煮3次，每次煎煮2小时。结论 提取工艺简单、可行。
