消骨增贴基质配方工艺

摘    要:目的:优选消骨增贴基质配方工艺。方法:通过L18(37)正交设计试验,以配方中NP700,甘油,EDTA,PVPPXL-10,甘氨酸铝,PVPK90,药液为因素,其用量为水平,以黏着力、膜残留性、综合指标为考察指标。结果:对黏着力影响最大的是NP700,甘油次之,且他们对黏着力均有显著影响。对膜残留性和综合指标影响最大的是PVPPXL-10。巴布剂基质的最优配方为NP700-甘油-EDTA-PVPPXL-10-甘氨酸铝-PVPK90-药液(6∶30∶0.025∶1∶0.05∶1∶20)。结论:该工艺条件简便易于产业化,按优化后的基质处方制备的凝胶膏剂基质黏性优良,膜残留性低,外观平整光滑,符合药用标准。
