正交试验法优选傣药海芋的炮制工艺

摘    要:目的:优选傣药海芋最佳炮制工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以浸出物、有机酸、针晶含量为指标,对浸泡时间、切片厚度、用水量3个影响因素进行研究。结果:优选的工艺条件为按10 mm厚度切片,10倍量水浸泡7 d,每日换水1次。结论:优选的工艺可行,适合工业化生产。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize optimum processing technology of Alocasia macrorrhiza. Method: Soaking time, slice thickness, amount of water were studied by orthogonal test with the content of extractive, organic acid and raphide as indexes. Result: Optimized process conditions were as follows: slice thickness was 10 mm, soaked 7 d with 10 times amount of water,changed water once one day. Conclusion: The optimized process is feasible, which can be used in industrial production.
