| 摘 要： | 目的:评价温里药配伍对少腹逐瘀汤活血化瘀效应的影响。方法:采用体外实验观察不同提取物对二磷酸腺苷(ADP)诱导的血小板聚集作用及凝血酶时间(TT)法抗凝血作用的影响;采用大鼠急性血瘀模型评价少腹逐瘀汤、少腹逐瘀汤减小茴香-肉桂-干姜温里药组水提取物对血液流变性的影响。结果:少腹逐瘀汤能够明显抑制ADP诱导的血小板聚集,改善急性血瘀大鼠全血黏度(P<0.05)、血沉(P<0.05);明显延长凝血酶时间(TT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)和部分活化凝血活酶时间(APTT);而少腹逐瘀汤减小茴香等温里药物后仅在血浆黏度,TT,PT指标显示显著性降低作用,而对血小板聚集作用、APTT;对纤维蛋白原未呈现明显影响。结论:温里药配伍后对少腹逐瘀汤活血化瘀效应具有一定的增强或协同作用。
