摘    要:目的与方法:采用电喷雾质谱方法(ESI-MS)分析附子炮制前后生物碱在种类和含量方面的变化。结果与结论:附子中的生物碱类成分在电喷雾质谱条件下可形成结构相似质子化分子,因而具有相似电离能力,利用离子峰的相对丰度可以近似地反映同类生物碱的相对含量的特点,通过添加结构相似的内标化合物,对附子及其炮制品的生物碱类成分进行比较,找出其变化规律,揭示不同炮制方法对附子减毒作用的机制。

Abstract:Objective: The content and categories of alkaloids in the unprocessed and processed aconite roots were studied by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS). Alkaloids could become protonated molecular with similar ionization efficiency under ESI-MS for their similar structures. Relative content of alkaloids with similar structure could be approximatively detected by the ion abundance,the method was established to compare alkaloids in aconite roots and its processed products with internal standard and to reveal the mechanism of toxin reducing effect of variously processed products.
