糖脉康颗粒清除DPPH自由基的作用

摘    要:目的:建立体外清除DPPH方法,评价糖脉康颗粒体外抗氧化作用。方法:对清除DPPH方法进行反应时间,反应温度,DPPH的浓度与吸光度的关系,糖脉康的提取溶剂,提取方法等考察,对14批糖脉康及含药血清进行体外清除DPPH实验。结果:糖脉康以60%甲醇为溶剂,超声提取30 min,与0.099 8 g.L-1的DPPH于60℃反应50 min;14批糖脉康颗粒对DPPH的平均IC50=0.48 mg(生药量);含药血清对DPPH清除率与空白血清比有所下降。结论:糖脉康颗粒具有体外抗氧化作用。
