| 摘 要： | 目的:确定黑骨藤中抗肿瘤活性成分。方法:采用MTT法对萃取、分离得到的黑骨藤乙醇提取物、活性部位以及各化合物进行抗肿瘤实验;利用色谱技术进行提取分离,利用理化性质和光谱分析进行结构鉴定。结果:质量浓度在25 mg.L-1时黑骨藤乙酸乙酯部位对白血病K562抑制率可达到80.71%。从该部位分离所得化合物Ⅵ和化合物Ⅸ在10 mg.L-1质量浓度下肿瘤抑制率分别达到97.48%,40.56%。结论:黑骨藤乙酸乙酯部位为其抗肿瘤活性部位,从中分离得到的2个化合物有较好抗肿瘤活性。
