摘    要:目的:优选坎离颗粒的提取工艺条件。方法:采用正交设计试验法,以提取液中黄芪甲苷、芍药苷、总皂苷和总生物碱含量为综合评分指标,多指标成分优选坎离颗粒提取工艺。结果:优选的工艺条件为坎离颗粒处方量加水10倍,提取3次,每次45 min,提取前浸泡45 min。结论:该提取工艺条件稳定,重现性好。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the extracting technology conditions of Kanli Granules. Method: Orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction conditions, with the content of multi-target ingredients such as astragaloside, paeoniflorin, total saponins and total alkaloids as comprehensive evaluation indexes. Result: The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: extracted 3 times with 10 fold water,45 minutes each time. Conclusion: The optimum extraction conditions was stable and reproducible.
