吴茱萸苦味拆分组分物质基础研究

摘    要:目的:研究疏毛吴茱萸苦味拆分组分——95%乙醇洗脱组分的物质基础。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、ODS反相柱色谱以及HPLC等现代分离技术与方法进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱学数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从疏毛吴茱萸苦味拆分组分———95%乙醇洗脱组分中分离并鉴定了7个化合物,分别为水仙苷(narcissin)(Ⅰ)、异鼠李素-3-O-半乳糖苷(isorhamnetin-3-O-galactoside)(Ⅱ)、金丝桃苷(hyperoside)(Ⅲ)、异槲皮苷(isoquercitrin)(Ⅳ)、紫丁香苷(syringoside)(Ⅴ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅵ)、去氢柠檬苦素(dehydrolimonin)(Ⅶ)。结论:吴茱萸苦味拆分组分———95%乙醇洗脱组分的物质基础有黄酮、柠檬苦素类等成分。化合物Ⅰ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
