| 摘 要： | 目的:优选乳安凝胶膏剂的提取工艺。方法:以淫羊藿苷和淫羊藿总黄酮、延胡索乙素含量为指标,采用正交试验进行工艺优选。结果:淫羊藿提取工艺为以15倍量水提取3次,每次1 h。淫羊藿苷和总黄酮的转移率分别为62.64%,83.83%。延胡索提取工艺为以10倍量50%乙醇回流提取3次,每次1.5 h。延胡索乙素的转移率为93.27%。结论:该提取工艺节约能源、稳定可行。
