云南白药抑制新生血管生成活性部位筛选

摘    要:目的:探讨云南白药不同提取部位对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管生成的影响。方法:应用鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)模型,分别以生理盐水和苏拉明为空白和阳性对照,以小血管个数为主要观察指标,比较云南白药不同提取部位抑制新生血管生成作用。结果:云南白药的乙酸乙酯部位和95%,80%,60%乙醇部位小血管个数与空白组比较有极显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:云南白药的乙酸乙酯部位、乙醇部位(95%,80%,60%)对CAM新生血管有抑制作用。

Abstract:Objective: To screen the active fraction of Yunnan Baiyao on the angiogenesis of chicken embryo chorioallantoic membrane(CAM). Method: Chicken chorioallantoic membrane angiogenesis model was used to compare the different extracted parts of Yunnan Baiyao. The different extracted parts of Yunnan Baiyao were implanted on top of CAM when chick embryos developed on day 7, at the same time, normal saline and suramin were given respectively as control group and positive group. The number of newly growth vessels were counted. Result: The vessel number of the ethyl acetate and alcohol (95%,80%,60%) extracted parts were largely less than that in the normal saline control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: The ethyl acetate and alcohol (95%,80%,60%) extracted parts had the activity of angiogenesis inhibition on CAM.
