HPLC法测定妇炎康复胶囊中橙皮苷和黄芩苷的含量

目的：建立测定妇炎康复胶囊中橙皮苷和黄芩苷含量的HPLC测定方法。方法：采用Shim—pack VP-ODS柱，乙腈-0．5％磷酸（25：75）为流动相，检测波长为283nm，流速1．0ml·min^-1。结果：橙皮苷在0．13～0．38μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系，r=1．0000，平均加样回收率为99．53％，RSD为1．1％（n=6）；黄芩苷在0．59—1．76μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系，r=1．0000，平均加样回收率为99．55％，RSD为1．3％（n=6）。结论：该方法简便、准确，专属性强，重现性好，可用于妇炎康复胶囊的质量控制。

Determination of Hesperidin and Baicalin in Fuyan Kangfu Capsules by HPLC

Objective： To establish an HPLC for determination of hesperidin and baiealin in fuyan kangfu capsules. Method： A Shim-pack VP-ODS column（ 250mm × 4.6mm ,5 μm） was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile -0.5% phosphate（25：75 ） , the detecting wavelength was at 283nm, the flow rate was 1.0ml·min^-1. Result： The linear range of hesperidin was within 0.13 -0.38μg,r = 1. 000 0, the average sample recovery was 99.53 % with RSD of 1.1% （ n = 6 ） ;The linear range of baiealin was within 0.59 - 1.76 μg, r = 1. 000 0, the average sample recovery was 99.55 % with RSD of 1.3 % （n = 6）. Conclusion： This method has good repeatabili- ty,flexibility and high sensitivity. It can be used for quality control of fuyan kangfu capsules.
