扁枝藓化学成分研究

摘    要: 目的为从扁枝藓(Homaliatrichomanoides)中寻找具有重要生物活性的天然化合物,对其化学成分进行研究。方法采用溶剂提取,硅胶和SephedexLH-20凝胶柱色谱分离化合物,通过理化和波谱分析方法确证化合物结构。结果从扁枝藓乙醚和甲醇提取物中共分离获得了9个化合物:里白烯(Ⅰ)、尿囊索(Ⅱ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅲ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅳ)、蔗糖(Ⅴ)、D-葡萄糖(Ⅵ)、D-甘露醇(Ⅶ)、正三十烷醇(Ⅷ)和10-二十九烷醇(Ⅸ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅸ都是首次从该植物分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE The chemical constituents of the moss Homalia trichomanoides were investigated in order to search for bioactive natural products from the bryophytes. METHODS The plant was extracted with Et2O and MeOH. Compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH - 20 column chromatography, their structures were identified by spectra data together with physiochemical properties. RESULTS Nine compounds were isolated from this plant identified as: diploptene (Ⅰ) , allantoin (Ⅱ) ,β-sitosterol (Ⅲ) , daucosterine (Ⅳ), sucrose (Ⅴ) ,D-glucose (Ⅵ) ,D-mannitol (Ⅶ) ,n-triaccontanol (Ⅷ) and 10-nonacosanol(Ⅸ) . CONCLUSION All compounds are isolated from this species for the first time.
