山东省2005年妇幼保健机构现状调查

目的]了解山东省各级妇幼保健机构的现状,为规范妇幼保健机构的建设和管理提供依据。方法]对2005年山东省各级妇幼保健机构的卫生人力、建筑规模、医疗设备及业务开展情况等进行调查。结果]山东省妇幼保健技术人员学历结构比较低,职称结构层次相应较低。各级妇幼保健机构的床位数和门诊业务用房面积基本达到了“山东省各级妇幼保健院门诊建设标准”的要求,但有19所妇幼保健机构没有床位。各级医疗保健机构的设备均未达到“标准”要求,各级均有未建立生殖道感染检测设施的妇幼保健机构。结论]山东省各级妇幼保健机构技术人员结构不合理,房屋简陋,缺少设备,业务工作开展受到限制,远不能满足广大妇女、儿童保健的需求。

INVESTIGATION OF MATERNAL AND CHILD HEALTH CARE INSTITUTIONS IN 2005 IN SHANDONG PROVINCE

Objective]To find out the cnrrent situation of maternial and child health care institutions of Shandong Province so as to strengthen construction and management.Methods]An investigation was made on all the maternial and child health care institutions about health officers,tenements,equipments,maternal and child health care services.Results]The quality of maternal and child health care workers was low.The number of clinical beds and house area complied with criterion,but there were 19 maternial and child health care institutions without clinical bed.Eequipments didn't comply with criterion,and there were some maternial and child health care institutions without equipments of reprodnctive tract infection test.Conclusion]The structure of personnel in maternal and child health care institute of Shandong Provine is irrational,rinky-dink of tenement,lack of equipments and restriction of health care services so as not to satisfy the demand of maternial and child health care.
