军队疗养员糖尿病、高血压病患病率的调查

目的调查军队疗养员糖尿病、高血压病患病率,并探讨二者间的关系。方法收集1890例军队疗养员病史,测量血压,进行馒头餐试验,调查糖尿病、高血压病患病情况。结果糖尿病总患病率9.95%,高血压病总患病率34.97%。高血压病人的糖尿病患病率14.37%,糖尿病人的高血压病患病率50.53%。结论糖尿病、高血压病是老年人的高发疾病,合并两种疾病的患者多,此二者可能有共同的发病机制。

Investigation of prevalences of diabetes and hypertension in military recuperator

Objective To investigate the prevalence rates of diabetes and hypertension in military recuperators, and explore the rela- tionship between diabetes and hypertension.Methods The prevalence rates of diabetes and hypertension were investigated in 1 890 military recuperators by collecting medical history, taking blood pressure and performing steamed bun dietary test.Results The total prevalence rate of diabetes was 9.95% and hypertension 34.97% .The prevalence rate of diabetes in patients with hypertension was 50.53% ,and that of hypertension in patients with diabetes was 14.37%.Conclusion Hypertension and diabetes are the high prevalence diseases in the aged. Most patients complicate with two diseases, which may have common pathogenesis.
