| 摘 要： | 目的探讨首发精神分裂症患者的主观生活满意度。方法对63例首发精神分裂症患者应用新型非典型抗精神病药物治疗。观察6mo。于治疗前及治疗后6mo末采用阳性和阴性症状量表、生活满意度量表，以及临床疗效总评量表进行评定分析。结果治疗生活满意度量表总分及各因子分（自我评价因子分除外）均较治疗前显著提高（P均〈0．01）。多元逐步回归分析显示，患者的生活满意度与治疗前阳性和阴性症状量表总分呈显著负相关（P〈0．05），与治疗前生活满意度量表总分呈显著正相关（P〈0．01）。结论首发精神分裂症患者经新型非典型抗精神病药物治疗后主观生活满意度显著提高。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the subjective life satisfaction of schizophrenia patients with first episode. Methods 63 first-episode schizophrenic patients were evaluated with the positive and negative symptom scale （PANSS） ,life satisfaction rating （LSR） and clinical global impression（CGI） before and after treatment with new atypical antipsychotics. Results The life satisfaction improved significantly after treatment. Multiple regression analysis showed that The life satisfaction after treatment was negative and positive correlation with the scores of PANSS and LSR before treatment. Conclusion The life satisfaction of first-episode schizophrenic patients improves significantly after treatment by new atypical antipsychotics. |
