甲基汞对小鼠精原细胞SCE的影响

摘    要:本文采用雄性昆明小鼠甲基汞亚急性染毒,针剂型活性炭作为Brdu载体,在活体条件下,研究不同剂量水平甲基汞对小鼠精原细胞SCE的影响。实验结果发现:甲基汞使小鼠精原细胞SCE频率增高,诱发SCE弱阳性反应。染毒各剂量组与阴性对照组相比SCE频率具有高度显著性差异(P<0.001),随着染毒剂量加大SCE频率也增高,在本实验剂量范围内二者呈明显的正相关关系(r=0.96,p<0.01)。

Abstract:Using male mice treated with MeHg acutely, the influence of different levels MeHg on SCE of spermatogonia was studied in vivo with active carbon as medium of Brdu. The results showed that MeHg caused increace of SCE frequency of spermatogonia and induced a weak positive reaction of SCE. Compared with negetive control group, The frequency of SCE in treated groups had highly significant difference (p<0.001). The frequence of SCE was increased with administrated doses enlarged. There wes an obvious correlationship between the range of this experimental doses (r=0.96, p<0.01).
