新农药叶枯灵的体外代谢转化研究

摘    要:本文采用 HPLC、TLC、UV、IR 和 MS 对叶枯灵经体外代谢后所形成的代谢产物进行分离和鉴定。结果表明,叶枯灵经体外代谢后所形成的3种代谢产物分别为肼叉-1,3-二噻茂烷,2-苯甲酰肼叉-1,3-二噻茂烷-S-氧和苯甲酸。叶枯灵经酰胺酶的催化可进行水解作用。叶枯灵还可经肝微粒体混合功能氧化酶的作用进行 S-氧化反应。

Study on Metabolism and Biotrans-formation of a New Fungicide Ye-Kuling in Vitro

Abstract:The metabolism and biotransformation of a new fungicide Yekuling was studied in vitro. Three metabolites were isolated and purified by means of HPLC and TLC.They were iden- tified to be 1,3-dithiolan-2-ylidenehydrazine,be- nzoic acid,1.3-dithiolan-s-oxo-2-ylidenehydra- zide and benzoic acid.Yekuling was sulfoxida- ted by rat liver microsomal MFO in the pre- sence of NADPH to produce sulfoxide.Yekuling was also hydrolyzed by amidase to form ben- zoic acid and 1,3-dithiolan-2-ylidenehydrazine,
