摘    要:表皮穿透作用的降低和体内解毒速度的增强,在家蝇对敌百虫抗性中起重要作用。本研究表明:敌百虫对抗性家蝇的表皮穿透作用比正常家蝇要低,SV_1与敌百虫混用后,增强敌百虫对家蝇表皮的穿透率和降低体内解毒速度,是SV_1在抗性家蝇体内对敌百虫增效的机制之一。

Abstract:Reducing cuticular penetration and increasing detoxication play an important role in houseflies resistance in dipterex. In the present work, it is shown that differences exist in the rate of penetration of dipterex between the susceptible and the resistant houseflies. It was found that the penetration of dipterex was slower in the resistant strain than in the susceptible one. The compound SV_1 (0,0-diethyl-O-phenyl phosphorothioate) showed apparent synergism when it was combined with dipterex in the resistant houseflies. The mechanism of synergism may be that SV_1 increased the penetration of dipterex and reduced the ability of detoxication.
