CD44V6、VEGF与非小细胞肺癌的相关性研究

目的研究非小细胞癌中CD44v6、VEGF表达与临床生物学行业相关性。方法回顾分析60例非小细胞肺癌的切除标本,采用免疫组化法检测肺癌组织中VEGF和CD44v6的表达,并分析临床意义。结果在非小细胞肺癌中,CD44V6和VEGF表达之间存在着正相关关系（OR=0.352）。两者共阳性组中淋巴结转移率为75%（24/32）,明显高于阴性者16.7%（1/6）,差别有显著意义（P〈0.05）。结论非小细胞肺癌患者中CD44V6和VEGF蛋白表达呈正相关,联合检测VEGF和CD44v6的表达对于非小细胞肺癌淋巴血行转移和病理分期的评估有一定临床意义,可指导临床选择正确的综合治疗方案。

Research on the correlation between the expression of CD44V6 and VEGF in non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To study the non-small cell carcinoma of CD44v6,VEGF expression and the clinical relevance of the bi-ological industries. Methods A retrospective analysis of 60 patients’ resected specimens of non-small cell lung cancer by immuno-histochemical staining done to show the expression of VEGF and CD44v6 in lung cancer, and analysis the clinical significance.Re-sults In non-small cell lung cancer, CD44V6 and VEGF expression is in a positive correlation（OR=0.352）. Both positive groups for lymph node metastasis was 75% （24/32）, significantly higher than the negative 16.7%（1/6）,the difference was significant （P0.05）. Conclusion Non-small cell lung cancer patients CD44V6 and VEGF protein were positively correlated,the joint detection of VEGF and CD44v6 expression has certain clinical significance for assessing non-small cell lung cancer lymph node metastasis of blood and the satge of pathological,can be used to guide clinical choose the right comprehensive treatment.
