妇科腹腔镜手术严重并发症8例分析

目的研究妇科腹腔镜手术严重并发症情况,减少和预防严重并发症的发生.方法对该院728例妇科腹腔镜手术所出现的严重并发症进行回顾性分析.结果 728例妇科腹腔镜手术中,发生严重并发症8例,发生率为1.09%,其中膀胱损伤1例,输尿管损伤2例,肠管损伤2例,血管损伤出血3例.结论正确选择腹腔镜手术适应证,提高手术质量,掌握合适的中转开腹时机,是减少严重并发症发生、提高手术安全性的保障.

Discussion about 8 cases with severe complications following gynecological laparoscopic operations

Objective:To analyze the causes of the severe complications by gynecological laparoscopic operations and to discuss the management and prevention for these complicatoins.Methods:The severe complications from 728 patients with laparoscopic operation of gynecology were reviewed retrospectively.Results:The rate of severe complication was 1.09%(8/728).Among 8 severe complication cases, 1 was injury of bladder, 2 were injury of ureter, 2 were injury of bowels, 3 was injury of blood vessel.Conclusions:Selecting proper indication for laparoscopic operation, improving the quanlity and selecting proper opportunity for conversion into open laparotomy are the safeguard for reducing severe complicatioms and the safety of laparoscopic operation.
