| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胃大部切除术后残胃胃瘫综合征(PGS)的病因、诊断及治疗。方法 对1995年1月至2001年12月诊治的8例PGS进行回顾分析。结果 本组PGS发生率1．43％，5例术后8～14天恢复正常，2例术后15～20天恢复正常，再手术的l例于术后23天恢复正常。结论 PGS的发生与多种因素有关，X线钡餐检查和胃镜检查有利于本病的诊断，采取非手术治疗可以治愈。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the pathogensis,diagnosis and treatment of the postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome(PGS) after gastrectomy.Methods A retrospective analysis was done in 8 cases who have postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome after gastrectomy from January 1995 to December 2001.Results There were 8 patients suffering from PGS(1.43% in 552patients),5 cases recovered in 2 weeks,2 cases recovered in 3 weeks,1 reoperated case resumed in 23 days.Conclusion PGS is induced by multiple factors. Barium meal examination and gastrofibroscopy are useful for the diagnosis.Meanwhile,this situation can be cured by non-operation treatment. |
