重症烧伤患者的呼吸道护理

目的：探讨重症烧伤病人常见的合并症之一，肺部感染的因果关系。方法：通过对47例重症烧伤病人（面积50%～90%以上）的护理，提出重视烧伤病房的环境要求，湿化及雾化呼吸道，体位引流排痰，吸痰等治疗护理措施。结果：47例病人呼吸道通畅，无肺部并发症，取得了满意的疗效。结论：正确有效地做好呼吸道护理，保持呼吸道通畅，避免感染是重症烧伤病人护理的关键。

Nursing of respiratory tract of patients with severe burn

Objective: Pulmonary infection is a common complication of severe burn. Strengthening the nursing of respiratory tract may help to prevent pulmonary infection of severe bum patients. Method: In treating 47 cases of severe burn (50% to 90%TBSA), nursing was strengthened to protect the respiratory tract. Attention was paid to keep a good environment of the ward. Special nursing measures were adopted including keeping the respiratory tract moist by spraying, removing the sputum by postural drainage and sucking, etc. Result: The respiratory tracts of all the patients were kept unobstructed. No pulmonary infection happened. The efficacy was very satisfactory. Conclusion: Effective nursing of the respiratory tract to keep it unobstructed is the key to the successful prevention of pulmonary infection of severe burn patients.
