广西1992-2005年职业病发病情况分析

目的了解广西职业病的发病情况，为职业病防治提供依据。方法收集1992-2005年广西职业病诊治资料，对广西职业病的发病情况进行回顾性分析。结果14年间共发生职业病新病例1475例，其中尘肺占总数的74．6％，职业中毒占17．4％；工人占62．5％，农民工占34．3％。职业病发生的行业前3位为有色金属、煤炭、化工。结论广西的职业危害不容忽视，防治的重点是有色金属、煤炭、化工等行业，农民工的职业病防治工作有待加强。

Analysis of incidence of occupational diseases in Guangxi from 1992-2005

Objective To understand the incidence of occupational diseases in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and provide a basis for prevention and control of occupational disease. Methods The data concerning prevention and treatment of ccupational diseases in Guangxi from 1992 to 2005 were retrospectively analyzed. Results There 1475 new occupational diseases cases were reported in the last 14 years, the proportion of pneumoconiosis and occupational poisoning occupied 74. 6% and 17.4% of the total patients reported. There 62.5% of the patients were workers and 34.3% of them were peasant workers. Three occupations of non - ferrous metal, coal, chemical industries were on the top of the list. Conclusion The work of prevention and treatment of occupational diseases in Guangxi be stengthened, especially in the occupations of non - ferrous metal, coal and chemical industries. In addition, attention be paid to the protection of health of peasant workers.
