| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨起搏器术后抑郁症的发病情况。方法:根据WHO1992年抑郁症诊断标准确诊起搏器术后抑郁症39例,每位患者均进行汉密尔顿量表评分,对患者进行心理干预及药物治疗,四周后再对所有患者行汉密尔顿量表评分。结果:心理干预和药物治疗后患者的汉密尔顿量表评分显著下降(26±3.2分:9±2.1分,P<0.01),临床症状显著改善。结论:心理干预可提高起搏器治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the postoperative placing depression with permanent cardiac artificial pacemaker. Methods: Thirty-nine patients with postoperative depression according to WHO 1992 diagnosis standard after permanent cardiac artifical pacemarke were measured by Hamilton anxiety scale, then psyche intervention and anti-depression drug treatment were perfomed. Results: The score of Hamilton anxiety scale for these patients decreased markedly after 4 weeks and the symptom remitted significantly. Conclusion: Psychological rehabilitation can improve therapeutic efficacy of patients with permanent cardiac artificial pacemaker. |
