| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨应用动力髋螺钉（DHS）治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法：对2000年1月～2008年4月通过DHS手术治疗，得到随访的老年人股骨转予间骨折98例的I临床资料作回顾性分析。探讨老年人股骨转子间骨折的特点及DHS内固定手术的技巧。结果：98例患者中，随访68例，随访时间10～28个月，平均20个月。根据Sanders功能标准评定：优40例，良20例，可8例。结论：DHS内固定治疗老年人股骨转子间骨折是一种有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effects of dynamic hip screw(DHS)in the treatment of senile intertrochanteric fracture.Methods:Retrospective analysis of 98 follow-up senile intertrochanteric fracture cases that underwent DHS operation from January,2001 to April,2008 was done.The clinical characters of senile intertrochanteric fracture and DHS internal fixation techniques were discussed.Results:With an average follow-up duration of 20 months(ranged from 10 to 28 months),40 out of 68 cases showed excellent effects,20 good effects and 8 ok.Conclusion:DHS internal fixation is an effective treatment for senile intertrochanteric fracture. |
