全容积三维超声评价接受房间隔缺损封堵术患者的心房容积与功能

目的:应用全容积三维超声(full volume three-dimensional echocardiography,FV3DE)技术评价房间隔缺损(atrialseptal defect,ASD)患者的心房容积和功能,以及ASD封堵术对心房容积和功能的影响。方法:应用FV3DE技术测量43例ASD患者及40例正常人的左、右心房的最小容积(Vmin)、最大容积(Vmax)及收缩前容积(Vp),并计算左、右心房传导功能和泵血功能。分别比较ASD组与正常组,ASD封堵前与术后结果。结果:ASD组右心房的心房最小容积(Vmin)、心房收缩前容量(Vp)、心房最大容积(Vmax)、心房主动收缩容积(Vae)、心房被动收缩容积(Vpe)、心房全部排空容积(Vte)均明显大于正常组(P<0.05),而心房被动收缩分数(Vpef)、心房主动收缩分数(Vaef)、心房全部排空分数(Vtef)明显小于正常组(P<0.05),封堵术后,右心房的Vmin、Vp、Vmax、Vae、Vaef、Vpe、Vte、Vtef均小于术前;左心房的Vp、Vmin、Vmax均大于术前,但Vaef、Vpef、Vte、Vtef较术前下降。结论:FV3...
