中药结合手术治疗75岁以上老年人肱骨近端骨折脱位16例体会

[目的]探讨老年人肱骨近端骨折脱位的有效治疗途径。[方法]：对16例75岁以上老年人肱骨近端骨折脱位患者，在臂丛麻醉下整复骨折和脱位；并给予微创手术：经皮穿针内固定；术后结合短期外固定；术后治疗均使用中医药为主要治疗手段。[结果]骨折全部愈合，经6个月-2年随访，后期疗效满意。[结论]中西医结合治疗老年人肱骨近端骨折脱位能促进骨折愈合，促进功能最大限度恢复。

Proximal Humerus Fracture and Disposition of the Elderly over 75 Treated with Combination of TCM and Operation

[Objective] To explore effective method for the elderly＇s proximal humerus fracture and disposition. [Method] Make re position under brachial plexus anesthesia to 16 cases, and tiny-cut operation as well： internal fixation by percutaneous needle, shot external fixation after operation, take mainly TCM method after operation.[Result] All fractures were cured; after followed up for 6m-2years, the later cure effect was satisfying. [Conclusion] Combination of TCM and WM can promote fracture cure and maximal recovery of function for senile persons＇ proximal humerus fracture and disposition.
