钛板重建修复下颌骨缺损的临床应用

目的：观察钛板在下颌骨缺损修复重建治疗中的应用效果，探索修复重建下颌骨缺损的理想材料。方法：对20例下颌骨肿瘤手术切除部分或全部下颌骨的病例行钛板或钛网的修复治疗。结果：20例病例中1例死于肿瘤转移，1例术后感染，去除钛板，其余均愈合良好，较好地恢复了颌骨的连续性及功能。结论：钛板在获得性下颌骨缺损的修复治疗中，治疗效果良好，有广阔的应用前景。

Clinical study about reconstruction of the mandibular defect using titanium reconstruction plates

Objective: To observe the effect about reconstruction of the mandibular defect using titanium mandibular reconstruction plates shaped to the anatomical situation; to search for a better material for reconstructing mandibular defect. Method: Titanium mandibular reconstruction plates were used in treatment of 20 cases suffered from mandibular ameloblastoma and cyst. After tumor resection by partial mandibulectomy, titanium mandibular reconstruction plates were performed. Results: Some years later, titanium mandibular reconstruction plates were survival. The functional reconstruction of the mandible was excellent. Conclusion: This is a good approach to rehabilitate bone function by using titanium mandibular reconstruction plates.
