| 摘 要： | 本文用干涉差显微镜检查大鼠循环血中“痘痕”红细胞百分数评价脾功能,切脾组与脾动脉结扎组或正常对照组所测值的差异有非常显著意义。“痘痕”红细胞是测脾功能的一个特异性指标,对临床了解脾功能有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | The percentage of "pocked" red cell in the vein blood of rats was examined with
interference microscope to evaluate splenic functions. The results showed that the
difference in the percentage between splenictomy group and splenic artery ligation group
or normal control group was significant. Thus, "pocked" red cell is a
characteristic index determining splenic function, which is of great importance to learn
splenic function in clinical medicine. |
