腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的手术室护理配合与体会

目的探讨腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的手术室护理配合方法。方法 72例患者根据手术室护理配合方法不同分为观察组和对照组,两组均行腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术治疗,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用针对性的手术室护理配合,包括：术前访视、皮肤护理、胃肠道护理、器械准备、器械护士的配合以及手术室巡回护士的配合。观察手术并发症、肠道功能恢复时间和术后住院时间。结果观察组手术并发症发生率为5.0%、肠道功能恢复时间为（31.61±5.97）h、术后住院时间为（7.61±2.97）d,均显著低于对照组,相比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者采用手术室护理配合方法有利于提高手术效果,降低手术并发症,患者术后恢复快,值得临床推广应用。

Coordination and Experience of Operating Room Nursing in Patients Underwent Laparoscopic Resection for Colorectal Carcinoma

Objective To explore the coordination methods in operating room nursing among the patients receiving laparoscopic resection for colorectal carcinoma.Methods According to different coordination methods of operating room nursing,72 patients with colorectal carcinoma were divided into observation group and control group.The patients in control group were given conventional nursing,while the patients in observation group were received operating room nursing,including preoperative interview,skin care,gastrointestinal care,equipment preparation,coordination of devices nurse and coordination of itinerancy nurse.The complications,gastrointestinal motility recovery time and postoperative hospital stay were observed.Results The rate of postoperative complication in observation group was 5.0%,the recovery time of gastrointestinal motility was(31.61 ± 5.97) h,and the postoperative hospital stay was(7.61 ± 2.97) d,which were all significantly lower than those in control group.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Operating room nursing in colorectal carcinoma patients underwent laparoscopic resection is conducive to improving surgical effect,reducing postoperative complications and promoting the recovery of the patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
