醒脑静联合盐酸纳洛酮治疗脑出血后昏迷患者的疗效观察

目的探讨醒脑静联合盐酸纳洛酮治疗脑出血后昏迷患者的临床疗效。方法 100例脑出血后昏迷患者随机分为对照组50例,治疗组50例,观察2组患者临床疗效,格拉斯哥昏迷评分（GCS）、治疗后两组清醒时间和脑血肿量。结果两组治疗后GCS较治疗前均有明显的增加,治疗组治疗后清醒时间短于对照组,脑血肿量减少,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;临床疗效比较,治疗组明显优于对照组,两组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论醒脑静联合盐酸纳洛酮治疗脑出血后昏迷患者,能够显著改善脑出血患者的意识障碍,促进神经功能恢复,提高患者临床疗效。

Observation on Therapeutic Efficacy of Xingnaojing Combined with Naloxone in Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage Patients with Coma

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Xingnaojing combined with naloxone in treatment of cerebral hemorrhage patients with coma.Methods One hundred cerebral hemorrhage patients with coma were randomly divided into control group and treatment group(each n=50).The clinical curative effect,Glasgow coma score(GCS),the revival time,and the volume of cerebral hematoma of the two groups were observed.Results After the treatment,GCSs in the two groups were both significantly.Compared with control group,the revival time of treatment group was reduced and the volume of cerebral hematoma was lessened;the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).The clinical curative effect of treatment group was superior to that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Xingnaojing combined with naloxone could significantly improve the disturbance of consciousness in cerebral hemorrhage patients with coma,promote the recovery of neural function,and increase clinical therapeutic effects of the patients.
