摘    要:DNA甲基化是重要的表观遗传修饰之一,它在基因表达调控过程中起着重要作用。DNA甲基化异常与肿瘤发生关系密切。启动子区域CpG岛高甲基化导致抑癌基因表达失活是目前肿瘤研究中的热点课题。本文就DNA甲基化在胃癌发生中的作用予以综述,旨在为揭示胃癌发生机制、寻找胃癌早期诊断的分子标志物及干预治疗的靶点提供新的思路。

Abstract:DNA methylation is one of the major ways of epigenetic modulation and it plays a critical role in the regulation of gene expression.During the development and progression of gastric cancer,many genes are silenced by aberrant methylation of CpG islands.Studies for the relationship between DNA methylation and gastric cancer may demonstrate the genesis of gastric cancer,and look for the molecular marker for the diagnosis of gastric cancer and the target of gene therapy.
