腹腔镜与开腹胆囊切除术的对比分析

目的对比腹腔镜与开腹胆囊切除术术式的临床效果。方法选择2001年6月—2011年1月行腹腔镜与开腹胆囊切除术治疗的120例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对比两种方法的治疗效果。结果腹腔镜组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气均显著低于传统手术组,两组比较差异有显著性（P〈O.O1）;两组切口感染率比较差异无明显意义（P〉0.05）。结论腹腔镜手术具有创伤小、出血少、术后恢复快,安全可靠的特点,可作为胆囊切除术的首选术式。

Laparoscopic and Open Cholecystectomy Clinical Comparative Analysis

Objective To evaluate the laparoscopic and open cholecystectomy surgical clinical effects.Methods In June 2001—2011 January laparoscopic and open cholecystectomy in 120 patients were retrospectively reviewed the clinical data analysis,comparative observation of two methods of treatment.Results The laparoscopic group were operation time,blood loss,postoperative discharge were significantly lower than traditional surgery group,the difference was significant(P<0.01);no difference between the two groups wound infection rate obvious significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery with less trauma,less bleeding,faster recovery,safe and reliable,can be used as the first choice for cholecystectomy were selected.
