芬太尼联合异丙酚与阿托品方案在人工流产术中的应用分析

目的探讨芬太尼联合异丙酚与阿托品静脉注射用于人工流产术麻醉的效果。方法将2008年10月-2009年7月期间于我院行人工流产术的120例早孕妇女随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予以芬太尼联合异丙酚与阿托品静脉注射麻醉,对照组仅予以异丙酚静脉注射麻醉。观察比较两组早孕妇女麻醉诱导时间,术前及术中平均动脉压、心率、血氧饱和度。结果治疗组早孕妇女麻醉诱导时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组术中平均动脉压、心率、血氧饱和度的下降程度小于对照组,但二者术中平均动脉压、心率、血氧饱和度均在正常范围。结论在人工流产术中,芬太尼联合异丙酚与阿托品静脉注射麻醉效果好于单用异丙酚静脉注射麻醉效果。

Analysis on Application of Therapy of Fentanyl Combined with Propofol and Atropine in Artificial Abortion

Objective To discuss the anesthesia effect of fentanyl combined with propofol and atropine on artificial abortion.Methods A total of 120 women in early pregnancy needing artificial abortion in our hospital from October 2008 to July 2009 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group was received the therapy of fentanyl combined with propofol and atropine,while control group was given the therapy of propofol only,all intravenously.The induction time to anesthesia,mean arterial pressure,heart rate,oxyhemoglobin saturation before and during the operation were followed in the two groups.Results The induction time to anesthesia in treatment group was significantly less than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The reduction degrees of mean arterial pressure,heart rate,oxyhemoglobin saturation during the operation in treatment group were less than those in control group,but all were in a normal situation.Conclusions In artificial abortion,the therapy of fentanyl combined with propofol and atropine has a better effect compared with propofol only.
