拉莫三嗪、左乙拉西坦、奥卡西平对部分性癫痫患者脑电图的影响

目的比较拉莫三嗪、左乙拉西坦、奥卡西平对部分性癫痫患者脑电图的影响。方法将128例部分性癫痫患者分为三组,分别采用拉莫三嗪（43例）、左乙拉西坦（42例）、奥卡西平（43例）治疗,比较分析治疗前后三组患者的脑电图情况。结果治疗后三组患者α波减少〉0.5 Hz、θ波增多、δ波增多发生率间差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗前后三组患者常规描记脑电图痫样波放电率间差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且治疗后三组患者脑电图痫样波放电率间差异亦有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论拉莫三嗪治疗部分性癫痫患者对脑电图背景活动影响最明显,奥卡西平治疗部分性癫痫患者对脑电图痫样波放电的抑制作用更佳,临床上应根据患者情况选择最适合的治疗药物。

Influence of Lamotrigine, Levetiracetam, and Oxcarbazepine on EEGs of Partial Epilepsy Patients

Objective To compare the effects of lamotrigine,levetiracetam,and oxcarbazepine on electroencephalograms(EEGs) of partial epilepsy patients.Methods A total of 128 patients with partial epilepsy were divided into lamotrigine group(n=43),levetiracetam group(n=42),and oxcarbazepine group(n=43).The EEGs of three groups were compared and analyzed before and after the treatment.Results After the treatment,there were statistically significant differences in the incidence rates of the decrease in α wave frequency by more than 0.5 Hz,and increased θ wave and δ wave among the three groups(P<0.05).The inhibition rate of EEG epileptiform wave discharges in oxcarbazepine group was significantly better than the other two groups,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Lamotrigine has the most significant impact on EEG background activity of partial epilepsy patients.Oxcarbazepine has better effect on the inhibition of EEG epileptiform wave discharges.The clinicians should choose treatments based on patient’s conditions.
