血清胱抑素C在妊娠期高血压早期肾损害中的意义

目的评价血清胱抑素C（CysC）在妊娠期高血压（GH）早期肾损害中的意义。方法收集39例正常妊娠晚期妇女及23例轻度、25例中度、27例重度妊高征患者血清,以颗粒增强散射比浊法测定CysC;以生化分析法测定尿素氮（BUN）、血肌酐（SCr）、尿酸（UA）含量,并加以比较。结果妊高征患者各指标血清值较正常晚孕者明显增高（P〈0.05）,其中重度妊高征患者的各指标血清值较轻度、中度妊高征明显增高（P〈0.05）,轻度、中度妊高征各值相差不明显。胱抑素比血尿酸对重度妊高征有更好的灵敏性。结论胱抑素在重度的妊高征中有明显变化,与其他肾功能指标联合能灵敏反映重度妊高征患者早期肾损害。

Serum CystatinC as an Early Renopathy Marker for Pregnancy- induced Hypertension

Objective To evaluate cystatinC(CysC) in early impairment of renal function in patients with gestational hypertension(GH).Methods Peripheral blood samples were collected from 39 healthy pregnant women,23 patients with mild gestational hypertension,25 patients with moderate gestational hypertension and 27 patients with severe gestational hypertension.CysC was measured with particle enhanced nephelometric assay.BUN,SCr and UA in serum were measured by biochemistry analysis.And results of all tests were compared.Results CysC,BUN,SCr and UA in gestational hypertension group were significantly higher than those in healthy pregnant women(P<0.05).CysC,BUN,SCr and UA in severe gestational hypertension group were significantly higher than those in mild gestational hypertension group and moderate gestational hypertension group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in CysC,BUN,SCr and UA between mild gestational hypertension group and moderate gestational hypertension group.CysC had higher sensitivity than UA for severe gestational hypertension.Conclusions Combined detection of CysC and other index,such as BUN,UA,and SCr,is a highly sensitive method for detecting the early renal impairment in severe gestational hypertension.
